ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Step1 : Browse the Minipattu website, select your size, and add items to your cart.

Step 2 : Enter delivery details and choose your payment method (Prepaid or COD available).

Step 3 : Receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Tracking details will follow after dispatch.

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–6 working days depending on your location. For rural or remote areas, delivery may take a few additional days.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations. For COD orders, an additional amount of ₹70 will be applied along with the Standard Shipping Charges. All the COD orders will be dispatched after the confirmation only. The confirmation will be done through phone call or what’s app message

Once your order is successfully placed and the payment process is completed, you will receive an order confirmation message through the email ID or WhatsApp number provided while placing the order.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, the tracking details will be shared through your registered WhatsApp number or email ID. You can directly get the order status by using the TRACK MY ORDER option available on the website.

Most of our orders are shipped through Ship rocket and DTDC. Inside Tamilnadu the Prepaid orders are shipped through ST courier.

Yes, order modifications are possible only before the order is processed or shipped. You can update details such as address, phone number, or product before dispatch for prepaid orders

For COD orders, product changes are not allowed, but address or phone number updates can be made before shipping. Once the order is shipped, no modifications can be made.

Yes, we offer Express Shipping for urgent orders. If you require faster delivery, please contact our team after placing your order. Once we confirm that your order is ready for dispatch, an additional ₹250 Express Shipping fee must be paid. After the payment is received, your order will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day. Delivery is usually completed within 2–3 working days, depending on your location .

Note: Express Shipping is subject to product availability and dispatch readiness confirmation from our team.

PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS

We offer multiple secure payment options for customers within Indian Bank accounts, including UPI, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other online payment methods. Currently, we do not offer international payment options.

Yes, we do offer exclusive discounts and special offers from time to time. Discount codes can be applied during checkout in the cart section. Please note that offers and discounts are applicable only for prepaid orders and not valid for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

SIZE FIT AND MAINTANANCE GUIDE

We offer sizes starting from newborns babies up to kids aged 8 years. All our collections are available in standard sizes listed on the website. Please note that we do not provide customization options, as all products are based on ready-made standard measurements.

You can choose the correct size by referring to our size chart available on the product page before placing your order. Please compare the measurements with your child’s size to select the most suitable fit and ensure the right match.

As a parent, we understand it can sometimes be difficult to choose the perfect size, and there may be chances that the fit may not be exact.In such cases, we offer an exchange option as per our exchange policy. Exchange requests are accepted only within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that items purchased during flat deals, special offers are not eligible for exchange or return.

Yes, our products are designed to be comfortable for kids. We use soft, skin-friendly fabrics that are gentle on the skin, making them suitable for long day wear.

We use a variety of high-quality fabrics in our collections, including Banarasi, Art silk, semi-silk, brocade, cotton and tissue fabrics. Each fabric is carefully selected to ensure comfort, durability, and a premium look for kids wear.

Yes, we use high-quality 100% cotton lining in our dresses. It is soft, skin-friendly, and ensures comfort for long hours of wear, making it suitable for  kid’s delicate skin.

We recommend a gentle hand wash or dry clean to maintain the fabric quality and durability. Machine wash is not suggested, as it may affect the texture, color, and detailing of the dress.

No, the color will not fade when proper care instructions are followed. With gentle wash care and proper maintenance, the fabric quality and color will remain good and long-lasting. We always recommend hand washing or dry clean to preserve the original look of the dress.

Yes, we try our best to display the exact color of the product as shown in the images. However, 5-10% variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Yes, we provide an Exchange /Return option through our website. For all eligible orders, Exchange/Return requests can be made as per our policy.

Exchange or return requests must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the products. The Return/Exchange window closes exactly 48hours after delivery. Requests made after this timeline cannot be processed.

You can find the return or exchange option directly on our website. Go to the Return/Exchange section, fill in your order details, and submit your request as per our policy. The return or exchange will be processed only if it meets our eligibility conditions mentioned in the Terms & Conditions page.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team through phone, WhatsApp, or email within the specified claim period. To process your request, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory and must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. After the product is received and inspected by our team, we will either:

  • Arrange a replacement product, subject to stock availability, or
  • Process a return/refund, if applicable under our policy.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing/opening video may not be eligible for replacement or return approval.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Yes, customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. For prepaid orders, you must inform us via email or customer support call to process the cancellation before dispatch. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation.

For COD orders, customers can cancel directly through the WhatsApp cancellation link before the order is shipped. Please note, cancellations are only possible before dispatch.

Refunds are processed for eligible cancelled orders. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated as per our policy.

Please note that a ₹100 cancellation fee is applicable on every prepaid order and also on returned orders. In case of returns, the original shipping charge is not refundable.

No, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Cancellation is only allowed before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order will need to be processed as per our return or exchange policy (if eligible).
