Exchange, Return & Refund

Since choosing the right size for the children can be challenging sometimes for the parents , Our aim is to provide guidance and support to make the process simple and stress –free.

Returns And Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchange only if;

• The item should be unwashed , unused and in its original condition with tag.
• Return or exchange request must be made within 2 days of the delivery .
• The return or exchange form need to be within the timeline .
• We do not accept returns or exchange products purchased during the special sale (Clearance , BOGO and flat rate)

Size exchange policy

One free exchange per order (for eligible request),Exchange request are handled based on stock availability and must meet the return condition guidelines .

Return Process

• We currently do not offer reverse pickup 

Here’s how to return an item :

• Email us at  orders.minipattu@gmail.com Or what’s up us at 9944411676 with your order id.
• We will respond with the return address and Instruction .
• Once we received the product and inspect the item , after that we will process your exchange accordingly .
• Please ensure the return is securely packed to avoid transit damage .

Refund

• ·Refunds will be creadited to the source account.
• Refund will be processed within 5 -7 working days after the item passes the quality check.
• NOTE ; Original shipping charges are non refundable unless it due to our error.
