Shipping Schedule

• We ship through out the week except Sunday and public holidays .
• If you want to change the shipping address or phone number it need to be done befor the dispatch.

Order Processing time

• All the orders are process within 2-3 working days after the payment confirmation.
• During festivals or high demand seasons , processing may take slight longer.

Delivery Timelines

• All the orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days after the dispatch.
• Remote area may  require additional time .

Courier Partner

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as recipient unavailability or premises locked, the order will be marked as undelivered, and the customer will still be charged for shipping.

Shipping Charges 

• For all the prepaid orders  standard  shipping charge is 80 rs
• For all the COD orders will cost 50 rs extra from the standard shipping charges.
• Free shipping on all orders above 3000rs.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to wrong shipping address , the order will be resend at the customer cost.

Since choosing the right size for the children can be challenging sometimes for the parents , Our aim is to provide guidance and support to make the process simple and stress –free.

Returns And Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchange only if;

• The item should be unwashed , unused and in its original condition with tag.
• Return or exchange request must be made within 2 days of the delivery .
• The return or exchange form need to be within the timeline .
• We do not accept returns or exchange products purchased during the special sale (Clearance , BOGO and flat rate)

Size exchange policy

One free exchange per order (for eligible request),Exchange request are handled based on stock availability and must meet the return condition guidelines .

• Once we received the product
  and inspect the item , after that we will process your exchange accordingly .
• Please ensure the return is
  securely packed to avoid transit damage .
